As a kid, he couldn’t help but take things apart. Whether it was a remote-controlled car or a discarded household appliance, Chris needed to see how it worked. When his family got their first computer in 1996, that curiosity became a full-blown passion. 

With dial-up internet tying up the family phone line, Chris spent countless hours tinkering with the machine - learning, experimenting, and building the foundation for what would become a lifelong career. By 1998, he was already working in a computer repair shop, gaining hands-on experience that deepened both his knowledge and love for the craft. 

In 2004, Chris took the leap and founded Engler IT. It wasn’t easy. The early years were full of hard lessons and constant reinvention. But the goal was clear: to provide reliable, smart IT solutions for businesses, and to do it better than anyone else. 

As technology evolved, so did Engler IT. Chris made it a point to constantly redesign and reimagine how the business operated, staying ahead of the curve while always staying true to one core principle: accountability. Every challenge was met with a commitment to deliver real, measurable results for clients. 

In 2019, Engler IT partnered with The20, expanding its capabilities nationwide. This strategic move unlocked 24/7 live-answer support and boots-on-the-ground service anywhere in the continental U.S., taking Engler IT from a local solutions provider to a fully mature, national-level IT service partner.
